Words can be deadly…

Harold Grant is in the debt-collecting business with his brother-in-law, and it is fair to say he is not happy.

After suffering bankruptcy, Harold has sunk into a deep pit of depression, and intends to end it all.

He posts three suicide letters.

One to his wife, one to his brother-in-law, and one to a mysterious third party.

The first two letters are so damaging to their recipients, that they dare not show them to the police.

But with no corpse and no apparent suicide letter, the police can only regard Harold as another missing person and the case is closed.

But this leaves Harold’s brother-in-law and wife asking questions.

Who received the third letter?

Where was Harold’s body?

With no help from the police, the brother and sister duo launch their own investigation, thus beginning a strange chain of events, with some startling revelations…

Guaranteed to keep you guessing until the very end and send chills down your spine, Dead Letters is a thrilling murder mystery.

This is a story about a man that wrote 3 letters on the night of his planned suicide. He sent one to his wife and one to his brother-in-law, but we don't know who received the 3rd letter. The first two letters were so damning, that they could not be shown to the police to prove he committed suicide. I enjoyed following along with this story to learn what happened. I really loved to hate Arlene and Norman, but I was on the fence about Veronica. I would recommend this story to anyone that enjoys mysteries.

The story starts and moves slowly onward like a boat getting up to speed. Some mid course corrections and personality changes are abrupt, but the story pulls us along. Good for a day on the coast.
I thought Norman did it. Very interesting twist. Not too many characters to follow. What Norman did to Harold in beginning was a little hard to follow.
I enjoyed the book. It has an interesting story and wonderful character development. I would have given it 5 stars, if it had not been for the numerous spelling and grammatical errors.
Good read. I liked all the intrigue of the family dynamics. It had you rooting for Henry and Judith to
The very end.
Good suspense story. Keeps you reading to see what the end will be. Seemed to end a little too soon. But worthy of your time
I loved the story and the plot, but being a nitpicker when it comes to typos, I was dismayed by the number of errors that could so easily have been avoided. It changed the flow of the story which I really considered to be quite good!
I'm one of those people who probably would have given the story 5 stars were it not for all the missing words and typos throughout. Figuring out who done it was easy from the beginning, but the story still kept my interest anyway.
